When calling to schedule your first(1st) appointment with one of our providers, please plan about 5-15 minutes for the phone conversation. We ask that you not call our office to schedule this appointment while driving.
During the call, our scheduling coordinators will answer any of your questions and take you through the scheduling process. Please have your insurance information (chiropractic only) and your credit card (see Office Policies, No Show Fee) available in order to complete scheduling.
After the scheduling is complete, you will receive an email that will include our address, landmarks to find us, the appointment time(s), and new patient forms (chiropractic and acupuncture).
